Art therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach to help people living with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and trauma including PTSD. Jiva Wellbeing can accept NDIS self-managed and plan-managed clients.
INDIVIDUAL ART THERAPY COUNSELLING
Live-stream a confidential counselling session with Lyra. After an initial consultation and assessment, basic art materials will be required.
GROUP ART THERAPY
Live-stream a group art therapy session led by Lyra and connect with others to access peer support. Art materials required for the session will be confirmed beforehand.
