Peer support and the social benefit of working together with people who have had similar circumstances is evidence-based to improve wellbeing. To have common lived experience is invaluable insight, and can help provide deeper connection and understanding. All groups have access to have both public Facebook pages and private Facebook groups.

Recovery Circle is a a weekly group for people in recovery from addiction combining mindful movement, meditation, and group therapy. No yoga experience required. Please let us know beforehand of any pre-existing conditions or injuries that may impact movement. Internet access and device with webcam / microphone needed.

WELLBEING CIRCLE – Online NDIS Group Support
Wellbeing Circle is a weekly group for NDIS participants combining art therapy, mindful movement and meditation. No yoga or art experience required.
